SUMMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*SUMMER CLASSES MUST HAVE AN ENROLLMENT OF 4 OR MORE DANCERS TO CONTINUE. WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO ACCOMMODATE OUR DANCERS AND SEE THAT THEY HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN A SIMILAR CLASS, SHOULD THE CLASS THEY ENROLLED IN BE CANCELLED.

*FAMILIES WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THIS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE CLASS AND OFFERED ALTERNATIVE CLASS OPTIONS.

*IF FAMILIES ARE UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS THAT THEY HAVE REGISTERED FOR DUE TO CANCELLATION OR THE INABILITY TO RESCHEDULE, WE WILL REFUND THE PAYMENT FOR THE CLASS OR OFFER AN ACCOUNT CREDIT FOR FUTURE ENROLLMENT. 

*ACCOUNT CREDITS CANNOT BE APPLIED TO ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEES BUT CAN BE USED FOR MARTELL TUITION OR FEES.

*REFUNDS CANNOT BE OFFERED FOR CLASSES THAT TAKE PLACE – ONLY FOR THOSE WE MUST CANCEL DUE TO THE TERMS ABOVE.

*SUMMER TUITION IS DUE IN FULL AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT. LOW ENROLLMENT IS TYPICAL IN THE SUMMER DUE TO FAMILIES TRAVELING, ETC. AND DOES NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT OUR FALL ENROLLMENT.
